November 26, 2019 at 11:15 am #1203204294I know this isn’t technically a vocal award, Lizzo’s delivery of the numerous punchlines should be enough to pull off a win. So much swag, personality, the reason why it’s a hit. It would be unfair for her wins to be only in the R&B categories. Especially since she did cross over to pop.

Um…that wasn’t it. Not from LA and never grew up with spaghetti westerns, so it did nothing for me. Leo is great. Brad Pitt is good, very overrated though. Way too long. I hated the ending. The foot fetish thing was super distracting…
It was better than Hateful Eight, but that’s not saying much

Family films always have bigger saturdays than most films. Not a lot of kids at my 8pm showing. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

However, performances by Rhys and Hanks are exceptional. Rhys has no buzz, which is strange because he is remarkable and deserves a Globe nom.
Surprisingly funny too. I wouldn’t be mad if they put this in Comedy at the Globes.

ReplyNovember 22, 2019 at 6:29 am #1203196875I see Frozen 2 sweeping all award shows. Golden Globes actually never rewarded “Let it Go”, so they have to make that up.
“Beautiful Ghosts” will most likely get stuck at the Globes
