Tom O'Neil
Tom O'Neil is Gold Derby's Editor, President and Founder. He's the author of "Movie Awards," "The Emmys" and "The Grammys" (Penguin Books) and has written for the Los Angeles Times (on staff from 2005 to 2011), Variety, New York Times, TV Guide and other top media. In 2000, he launched Gold Derby after recruiting a team of other Experts to predict the matchup between "Gladiator" and "Traffic" at the Oscars and Golden Globes, then added predictions for Grammys, Tony Awards and more. In 2011, Gold Derby was relaunched so Users could make their own predictions – for both awards and reality TV shows, too -- and it was acquired by Penske Media Corp. in 2015.

Alec Baldwin for Saturday Night Live (Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series: 2017) playing Donald Trum
EmmyfanI thought Patricia Heaton did not deserve her second Emmy for The Canister in 2001 over the superior submissions by Debra Messing for Lows In The Mid 80s and Jane Kaczmarek's Flashback.
