This was my favorite episode so far. Great storyline for Brenda Feigen. Rose Byrne continues to shine! Cate Blanchett and John Slattery were great as well.

Picture: 1917 vs. Parasite
Editing: Ford v Ferrari vs. Parasite
Visual Effects: 1917 vs. The Irishman vs. The Lion King
Live Action Short: Brotherhood vs.Nefta Football Club vs. The Neighbors’ WindowMy current predictions are in bold, but that could change before tomorrow night. I want to predict Parasite after two standing ovations from the actors at SAG and its recent surge, but I wrongly predicted Roma last year over Green Book, so I’m going with the safer choice this year.
Any help with these four categories?

I know the HFPA will get stuff ahead of time, but no release date makes me curious.
November 7, 2019 at 2:43 pm #1203170230How is Penn Badgley eligible for “You?”
It was released between Sept. – Nov. 2018 on Lifetime and a release date hasn’t been announced for the second season on Netflix.
October 25, 2019 at 2:51 pm #1203152812I read on Awards Daily or Awards Circuit — can’t remember which one — that The Farewell won’t be eligible for Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy at the Globes because of it being mostly in a foreign language. Is this true?
October 19, 2019 at 8:45 am #1203143648Anne Hathaway and Andrew Scott are the standouts. Really easy binge!
ReplyAugust 28, 2019 at 5:40 pm #1203045378Definitely hurting without Katherine Langford. Guest Actress nomination for Kate Walsh’s performance in Episode 10? Just couldn’t get on board with the season revolving around a redemption story for Bryce Walker.
ReplyJune 16, 2019 at 6:51 pm #1202940847Nicole Kidman was near her Season 1 best, and Laura Dern was HILARIOUS in her loud, over-the-top way.
Incredible episode!
June 1, 2019 at 9:36 pm #1202920027Wow. Wow. Wow.
Hard coming up with words to describe this powerful, timely series.
Hoping for Jharrel Jerome and Niecy Nash to sneak into Lead categories but not expecting either.
Currently predicting Series, Supporting Actor x2 (Michael K Williams & John Leguizamo), Supporting Actress (Vera Farmiga), Directing, and Writing.
